TWO GREAT CHRISTMAS SHOWS

Rayleigh Christ Church URC were the hosts for Saturday’s show. A more intimate venue but still sold out and the audience were keen to join us, singing and swaying along.  We are SO PROUD of our 45 choir members from Rayleigh and Basildon choirs who sounded SO GOOD and performed so well! The audience loved it and gave us great feedback!

Kingsland Church in Colchester were Sunday’s hosts and wow that was a totally unique experience!  Kingsland have just purchased the massive Aldi store underneath their church building and they only got the keys on Saturday! So it was a massive operation for them to turn the space around from a disused supermarket store to a concert venue in 24 hours!   We are grateful to our choir member Mick who kindly cleaned the floor of the venue for us.  We had a MASSIVE space to fill but with over 100 choir members and 600 audience – that space was soon taken up. And what a show! The sound of a massive choir was SO POWERFUL – and we had a very enthusiastic audience. There were many tears in Noel, Mary Did You Know and If Love Could Just Be Love and our BIG Sing uplifting positive message certainly was clear on our song: It’s Gonna Be Okay!   What an amazing experience we enjoyed!
