🌟 The BIG Sing at Coventry Cathedral for the National Police Memorial Service🌟

WOW – what an incredible day for The BIG Sing!
A massive congratulations to the 50 Midlands BIG Singers who represented us so beautifully at this year’s National Police Remembrance Day. This was a truly prestigious national service, attended by Police representatives from every corner of the UK as we honoured and remembered those who lost their lives in the line of duty. Among the congregation were senior Government officials, including the Home Secretary and Shadow Home Secretary, as well as the Bishop of Coventry.

It was a huge honour to be personally invited by the National Chaplain to bring our uplifting music to this deeply moving occasion, songs that he described as bringing hope to the service. And that’s exactly what you did. With heartfelt performances of “Something Inside So Strong,” “You Say,” and “If Love Could Just Be Love,” you filled Coventry Cathedral with passion, power and purpose.

We were so proud to stand alongside the Coventry Cathedral Choir and the West Midlands Police Brass Band, representing The BIG Sing family with excellence. And a special shoutout goes to our outstanding soloists, Sarah, Magdalena, and Alicia, who delivered breathtaking solos in Something Inside So Strong with such courage, even under the pressure of singing to over 1,000 people in a packed cathedral.

The feedback we received was phenomenal! People were deeply moved by our sound and spirit, and the musical director of the entire event was blown away by our contribution and absolutely loved our songs.

We are so proud that we were able to make a real impact. We filled Coventry Cathedral with music, hope, and unity – what a privilege!
