🎤 Sunday – Essex Gospel Choir – Premier Gospel Awards Preparation 🎤

What an incredible journey we are on right now! This Friday 19th September, we step onto the stage at the Indigo at The O2, London for a very special performance at the Premier Gospel Awards – and we could not be more excited! 🙌✨

We’ve been invited to perform a moving tribute medley in honour of a legendary gospel artist, sharing their songs and story with the audience. This is truly an honour and a historic moment for The BIG Sing – not only are we the first community choir (majority white ethnicity) ever to be invited by Premier Gospel Radio, but we also get to celebrate gospel greats on one of the biggest platforms in the UK.

For over a month, our choir members have poured their hearts into rehearsals – with extra sessions and even a marathon 6-hour recording day on Sunday. The dedication and passion paid off – they sounded absolutely phenomenal, and we are bursting with pride!

This is BIG Sing history in the making, and we cannot wait to see our choir shine at the O2 on Friday. What an honour, what a moment – go BIG Sing!
